Ya se encuentra en uso el nuevo hotel diseñado por BRUGAROLAS ARQUITECTOS. Después de dieciséis meses de trabajo, se concluyen las obras de este edificio híbrido que incorpora un interesante local comercial en tres plantas de altura, con un establecimiento hotelero, manteniendo una unidad formal pero con accesos y gestión diferenciada.
El hotel cuenta con una interesante oferta de habitaciones: dobles, twin, triples, familiares, agrupables y comunicables -hasta un total de ochenta y ocho unidades- para responder de forma flexible y adaptativa a un mercado cada vez más complejo, diverso y exigente.
La oferta de servicios comunes disponibles a los clientes es muy amplia: cafetería buffet con terrazas, salones de estar y ocio, work corner, autoservicio de lavandería y plancha, servicio de taquillas, huerto urbano, etc., todo ello con un concepto de mínima exigencia de personal.
En cuanto a las habitaciones, se resuelven con exigentes estándares de confort (máximo aislamiento acústico, bienestar climático, conectividad absoluta) con soluciones de altísima eficiencia energética y racionalidad constructiva.
